TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP

1. ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP
It is a shareholder membership, where your investment amount is your membership fee. With this investment you are awarded with one unit of Orchard Golf & Country Resort membership to be utilized by you and your family members. And you have a voting rights in our Annual General Meeting.

Below is the following procedure:
	Upon signing, 10% deposit of total membership fee.
	90% of total membership fee is put on 12 monthly payment INTEREST FREE installments.
	Lawyer Fee of RM 290.00.
	Your monthly subscription fee is RM 84.00 nett.

A. Local Individual Membership
Open to Malaysian only.
Membership Fee: RM 16,500

2. NOMINATION MEMBERSHIP
This membership is offered to homeless golfer who wishes to use the Club facilities within a certain period. This membership is a 12 months term membership. It has a same privileges as ordinary membership except voting rights at our Annual General Meeting. This membership is renew yearly, and member privileges is revoke at the end of 12 month Nomination period.

Below is the following procedure:
	Open to Malaysian only.
	Nomination Fee is RM 1,888.00 inclusive of Administration Fee and 12 month Subscription Fee.

3. TRANSFER MEMBERSHIP
Member who wishes to give up his/her ordinary membership is allowed to transfer their share to anyone they preferred. Price of their share cum membership is determine by the shareholder. Anyone who take up this type of membership has the same privileges as the ordinary membership. And you have a voting rights in our Annual General Meeting.

Below is the following procedure:
	Price of transfer share is fully paid between the transferee and transferor.
	No outstanding in transferor account.
	Full payment of Transfer Fee—RM1,650.00
	Lawyer Fee of RM 290.00.
	Your monthly subscription fee is RM 84.00 nett.
